Adult Undergraduate Orientation

The Adult Undergraduate Student Orientation is designed to introduce new non-traditional students to our campus community.  The program allows new students to learn about the various services, programs and activities as well as to meet with important representatives of the campus that will help make their transition successful.

12:20 a.m. Welcome Session

  • Welcome: Dr. Thomas Travis, Interim Provost
  • Student Life and Title IX Introduction: Dr. Rose Mary Howell, Vice President for Student Life
  • Academic Life Introduction: Mary Herold, Assistant Dean for Student Success
  • An Adult Student’s Perspective: TBD

12:40 p.m. Student Access Workshop

  • Students will observe how to access all college systems in order to begin your journey at St. Joseph’s College

12:40 p.m. Student Access Workshop

  • Raffles (called after the welcome session)
  • Representation from various college offices will be present for information and any last minute questions
  • Light refreshments will be served

  • Student ID’s can be taken in the SGA/CAB Office, Room 7 in the Student Hospitality Lounge, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-2 p.m.
  • Bursar/Registrar’s Office, N211 in O’Connor Hall will be open from 11-1 p.m.
  • Bookstore will be open from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
